Cocoa, plum, cedar and orange peel on the nose; vanilla cream and cinnamon build toward a rich finish.

Pairing & serving

Try with dark chocolate, orange peel or a charred steak. Try neat at room temperature, then add a few drops of water or a large ice cube to taste. No decanting is needed.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
