After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.

Pairing & serving

Try neat with dark chocolate or smoked almonds; add a few drops of water to taste.
