Smoke, vanilla cream and bright fruit give Taisetsu a coastal, layered personality. This Akkeshi single malt combines several cask influences, including Japanese Mizunara, for a whisky that moves between toasted sweetness and savory peat.

After opening & when to enjoy

Store upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. Ready to enjoy now; spirits do not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest flavor, especially as the bottle empties.

No decanting is needed.
