Dark chocolate and black-pepper notes sit beneath ripe dark fruit, with a smooth, full palate.

Pairing & serving

Serve around 60–64°F (16–18°C) with barbecue, lamb burgers or roasted peppers. Give a closed bottle a short spell in a decanter.

After opening & when to enjoy

Recork and refrigerate after opening. Aim to enjoy within 3–4 days for the freshest fruit; a mature bottle may fade sooner. Let reds warm back toward serving temperature before pouring.
