Cellaring & drinking window
Wine Enthusiast’s Jeff Porter recommends enjoyment through 2040. The wine can be explored now, or held for more developed aromas. This is guidance for a well-stored bottle, not an expiry date; storage history and personal taste affect when to open it. Store unopened in darkness at a stable temperature around 55°F (13°C), away from vibration; keep natural-cork bottles on their side.
Pairing & serving
Serve at 60–65°F with braised beef, venison or aged cheese. Taste first and decant gradually if closed.
After opening & when to enjoy
Recork and refrigerate upright. Enjoy within about 3–4 days for best flavor, allowing each pour to warm slightly before serving.
