Naima gives Aglianico an extended path through stainless steel, barriques and larger tonneaux before bottling. The unfiltered wine is a mature southern Italian red to approach thoughtfully at the table.

Pairing & serving

Serve at 60–64°F (16–18°C) with braised beef or mushroom pasta. Stand upright ahead of opening, pour carefully for sediment and taste before decanting; a mature bottle may fade with too much air.

After opening & when to enjoy

Recork and refrigerate after opening. Enjoy the same day for the fullest aroma, or assess the next day before serving; developed wines can fade quickly. Let a chilled glass warm slightly.
