Patiently stored for long years in the underground cellars of the Poli Distillery in oak barrels, flowing-steam distilled.
Its aroma recalls a basket with toasted hazelnuts, peanuts and dark chocolate.
Raw material: Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc for Sassicaia wine
Production method: artisanal distillation with a copper still provided with steam pots; patiently stored for long years in the underground cellars
