Pairing & serving

Serve slightly cool in a small tulip glass after a meal. Try with a few roasted almonds or a simple biscuit, allowing the spirit to warm gradually in the glass.

After opening & when to enjoy

Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
