Serve a small pour slightly cool, around 55–60°F (13–16°C), or add a few drops of water. Try with roast pork, smoked meat or plum-filled pastry.
After opening & when to enjoy
Keep upright, tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight. The spirit is ready to enjoy and does not continue barrel aging in the bottle. After opening, aim to enjoy within about a year for the freshest aroma, especially as the bottle empties.
