June 14th is National Bourbon Day, and while America’s native spirit may have its roots in Kentucky, it's cherished right here in the Bronx. At Arthur Cantina Wine & Liquor, we take bourbon seriously—no messing around when it comes to great whiskey.

Our shelves are stocked with rare, small batch, single barrel, and high-proof bourbons that turn heads and drop jaws. This isn’t your average whiskey dive—this is where collectors, connoisseurs, and curious newcomers all find something special.

What Makes Bourbon… Bourbon?

According to the TTB, bourbon must:

• Be made in the U.S.

• Contain at least 51% corn

• Age in new, charred oak barrels

• Be distilled below 160 proof

• Enter the barrel below 125 proof

• Be bottled at 80 proof or higher

No additives unless it's a flavored whiskey, like pecan peach whiskey.
