Amaro

Reflective of the local flora, Amaros are like wine but in liqueur form.  Each has something different to offer.  From thick and sweet to thin and dry, try them all!  Enjoy ice cold on their own or in a cocktail, the combinations are endless. Known for its digestive properities one should consume it at the end of the meal, preferable a large one!
