De Muller's very well-known criança red wine is the pioneer of the Priorat wines since its history begins in the middle of the XX century. Our crianza wines are elaborated with grapes from our own plantations, in the Mas de les Pusses, in the village of El Molar. It is a cellar which uses the most actual techniques of elaboration and investigation. we care of our vines as from their very birth with the strict control and the love necessary to obtain wines which are worthy of their denomination of origin. They will be then aged in oak barrels during 12 months and they finally will be bottled for 6 months. With its elegant 'picota' (cherry) red colour and ruby tonalities, this excellent wine is the result of the coupage of Garnacha, Merlot, Syrah and Cariñena varieties, while its elegant and pronounced drops give us an idea of its high alcoholic content. A sensual aroma, deep and complex where rich vanilla and toasted aromas point out as a consequence of an aging in French oak, with predominant touches of very ripened red fruits. It has a very equilibrated palate, warm and gourmand; it is of a high tannin composition but very nicely structured and of great gustative variety as it was formerly detected in its aroma. With quite full aftertaste, pronounced, agreeable and long lasting, this wine is the best companion for all meat kinds, game as well as cheese without letting aside any dishes with strong sauces.
