  1. Do you offer international shipping?

    • Currently, Arthur Cantina only ships within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options and will update our customers when international shipping becomes available.
  1. What payment methods do you accept?

    • We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer payment through PayPal, GooglePay, ApplePay and others for added convenience.
  1. Can I track my order?

    • Yes, once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s site. Alternatively if you placed your order for in-store pickup you will receive an email when it is ready.

    1. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect bottle?

      • It is on the customer to insure their order using Route. If you receive a damaged or incorrect bottle, please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide details and photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve the problem, including arranging a replacement or refund if necessary.
