Trebbiano Abruzzese grapes harvested in the first week of October, for a yield of approximately 40 quintals per hectare. After cold maceration for approximately 72 hours, fermentation takes place partly in steel and partly in wood. It then refines on the yeasts for 6 months, before resting in the bottle for another 4 months.
