Ratafià di Andorno with walnuts, a typical liqueur from the Cervo Valley, has ancient origins.
It is obtained from the maceration of walnuts still covered in their husk, infused in pure alcohol with sugar and spices and left to rest for a few months.
The long maceration and the particular recipe provide it with a mix of aromas that make it truly unique.
It is recommended to drink it straight or with ice.
