Refunds (if applicable, must receive RMA#)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

All orders returned to us will not have shipping refunded and buyer is responsible for return shipping.

All orders returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All orders refused by FedEx, UPS, etc.. are subject to a 20% restocking fee, will not have shipping refunded and buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

Cancellation after Confirmation/Payment Captured

All orders confirmed with payment captured and canceled by the customer are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Vintages and Batch Numbers

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for orders placed with incorrect vintages or batch numbers. We encourage you to contact us when searching for a specific vintage/batch number before completing your purchase. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before any funds are reflected on to your account.
