Flavors of orange taffy, sesame seed, peanut brittle, toasted granola, wood spices, peach cobbler, and the astringency of fresh oak make for a mouth-drawing experience. It benefits from a generous splash of water to overcome the dominant oak, which brings out the inherent fruitiness of the Komagatake distillate.
