On a crisp and cool morning in the heart of New Zealand wine country, the Marlborough harvest was at its peak. Our Sauvignon Blanc was harvested from our Southern Coast Vineyard, which lies in one of Marlborough’s southernmost regions, and transported immediately to the winery.

Fresh juice, gently pressed and delivered to stainless tanks underwent a long cool fermentation, heady aromas of Sauvignon Blanc filled the winery. On completion of fermentation blending options were assessed and the wonderfully fresh herb and citrus characters of the Southern Coast Vineyard were complemented with passionfruit and the richness of the Waihopai Valley.
