Name changes from region to region for Sangiovese but it is produced all over Italy. Varying in expression from young and fruitty to aged and tannic. Found in Rosso di Montalcino, Brunello, Vino Nobile, Chianti(classico, colle senesi, riserva, gran selezione), Morellino di Scansano, Rosso Montefalco, Rosso di Montepulciano, Super Tuscan... the list goes on! Pairing varies as the wines range in flavor greatly.
