The Japanese botanicals - Sakura leaf, Sakura flower, Yuzu peel, Sencha tea, Gyokuro tea, and Sansho pepper - are harvested in accordance with "shun," the Japanese tradition of enjoying each ingredient at its best by only harvesting at its peak of flavor and perfection.
